Start with what your operation needs to bring together
In Membree, you organize your organization’s academy, add courses and PDF e-books, prepare offers, and track members. Content can combine modules, lessons, materials, and a private community. Evaluate this structure against the work your team needs to do.
MemberKit connects tools chosen by the creator. Its official page explains that payments and video hosting depend on external platforms. With that model, consider the members area and the integrations that complete sales and delivery.
- List the tools you already use to sell, receive payments, and host videos.
- Compare the complete purchase and learning flow as well as the storefront’s appearance.
Compare the full cost and how members are counted
Check Membree’s monthly and annual plans for current prices and limits on active members, collaborators, and domains. The subscription and gateway processing fees are separate costs. Include both in your budget, using your payment account’s conditions.
On October 5, 2026, MemberKit lists monthly plans of R$197 for 1,000 members, R$497 for 5,000, and R$697 for 15,000. Corresponding annual prices are R$1,970, R$4,970, and R$6,970. Its FAQ says all registered members count toward billing. The homepage and FAQ describe overages differently; confirm that commercial condition before subscribing.
- Add the subscription, checkout, video, and any additional services your project needs.
- Ask how expired access and inactive students count toward the contracted limit.
- Check plan changes, overages, and cancellation conditions directly with each platform.
Test the student’s learning journey
In Membree, test lessons, progress, certificates, and the community. Check the custom domain available under your plan. Mobile access uses the web and a browser-installed PWA, a different experience from a native app published in app stores.
MemberKit lists certificates, gamification, reports, and a read-only MCP server for queries by AI assistants. Evaluate what each integration does without assuming that Membree has exclusive features. Its commercial page says AI tutor credits are sold separately.
- Open a lesson on a phone and check that students can find materials and resume their journey.
- Check the permissions of your team and any integration that queries student data.
When each platform may make sense
MemberKit may be a good choice for preserving an existing checkout and video setup. Evaluate its integrations, the features you will use, and the work required to keep services connected.
Consider Membree for managing the organization’s courses, e-books, offers, and members, with a community and progress tracking. Offers use one-time payments. Membree’s monthly or annual subscription pays for the platform; it does not create recurring course charges for your students.
- If you need to charge students recurring subscriptions, confirm that requirement before choosing Membree.
- If you depend on a particular video or checkout tool, validate the required integration.
- Choose the flow your team can operate and sustain.
Prepare a move without assuming automatic imports
Inventory courses, files, students, and access rules. Decide how to handle previous certificates and student questions. A feature at the destination does not guarantee that history transfers from the source.
Test a course and an offer before moving. Confirm available procedures with the Membree team without assuming automatic import or transfer. Review prices, features, and contracts in official sources before subscribing.
- Check who has rights to each product and for how long.
- Validate payment, confirmation, access, and support with a test case.
- Prepare a message with the new address and instructions for students.
