How to accept Pix and card payments with Membree

Connect your own payment account, prepare an offer, and check the methods available at your product’s checkout.

In your organization, open Integrations and Payment providers to connect your account. Mercado Pago, Efí Bank, Asaas, and InfinitePay support integrations for Pix and cards; Stripe offers cards, and PayPal uses PayPal payments. Create a product offer and share its checkout link after checking the connection.

Choose an account and review its conditions

You need an account with the chosen provider and permission to manage your organization’s payments. Confirm the supported country, enabled methods, fees, and settlement conditions directly with that provider.

The platform subscription in Plan and billing is separate from connections used to sell courses and e-books. Connecting a provider for sales does not replace configuring the organization’s plan.

Prepare credentials for the account that will receive sales payments. Depending on the provider, you may need a token, API key, client ID and secret, or certificate.

Connect the provider and prepare checkout

  • Select the organization, open Integrations, and find Payment providers. Choose the account you want to connect and select Connect.
  • Complete the provider’s form or authorization process. If the status shows incomplete setup, use Continue setup before sharing an offer.
  • Confirm that the account appears as connected. Stripe offers cards; Mercado Pago, Efí Bank, Asaas, and InfinitePay support Pix and cards; PayPal uses its own approval flow.
  • Open the course or e-book in Products and enter Offers and coupons. Create an offer with a name, amount, and currency appropriate for a one-time sale.
  • Review Checkout fields. Name and email identify the buyer; other enabled fields become required, and the provider may have its own requirements.
  • Use Copy link on the offer and open that address to review the available methods. The buyer follows the payment flow for the chosen provider.

Check the connection, order, and delivery

Check the product, amount, and currency at checkout before sharing the link. If a method is missing, return to the connection and check that the account is connected and available for that payment.

To check a complete transaction, use the provider’s supported test or sandbox flow with the appropriate configuration. Checkout connected to production credentials can create a real charge; opening the page to review details does not require completing payment.

After payment confirmation, review Sales in the product and the buyer account’s access. A pending order is a stage before confirmation and should not be presented as a paid sale.

Consider each provider’s requirements

Gateway conditions still apply. With Asaas, for example, checkout requires a CPF or CNPJ and enforces a minimum amount. Asaas installment settings are under Payment settings.

The current integration uses offers for one-time payments. It does not automatically create recurring charges for students. International availability, card approval, settlement times, and fees depend on the account and provider.

Disabling a connection prevents its use in new checkouts while preserving existing orders and records. Before changing accounts, check the offers and links you intend to share and review the payment experience again.
